SEVEN is a one-week care package designed for people who need help now — without clinic delays, confusing forms, or rushed consults. You’ll receive one full telehealth consultation (by phone or video), followed by seven days of personalised access to your clinician through secure messaging.
Whether it’s a child with a rash, a medication that needs starting or reviewing, a medical certificate, a referral, or a quick health concern that still deserves proper follow-up — SEVEN gives you real, responsive care from the same trusted practitioner over the course of your week.
This is not a one-off script service. It’s care that continues — with the flexibility to check in, ask questions, and adjust if needed.
What’s included:
– One consult via video or phone (your choice)
– Seven days of access to your clinician (during operating hours) via secure messaging
– Prescriptions, medical certificates, and referrals where clinically appropriate
– Ongoing follow-up and support for the same issue across your full access period
– Access hours: Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 10am–2pm
How It Works
Once you’ve selected the Seven Day Access option, you’ll be redirected to Halaxy — our secure clinical software and messaging platform. This is where all care takes place, including secure messaging, appointments, prescriptions, and records.
You’ll first complete a short intake form that captures your clinical history and contact details. After that, you can either book an appointment at a time that suits you or enter the Express Room for fast messaging access and same-day care.
Payment for Seven is processed securely through Halaxy by our team after intake is received, with no upfront cost or need to pay through the website.
